Greetings fellow musicians and music lovers! A week from this Saturday, April 17th we have a special edition of “Performances at The Well” we’d like to invite all of you to. The show will begin at 8pm, doors will open at 7pm and we guarantee a night of entertainment you won’t soon forget.
First comedian Susie 2295 will be performing and recording her first DVD there that night. We want to fill the place so admission is a mere $1 donation at the door! In addition to Susie you will be treated to the acoustic sounds of Miss Lauren Alm and Guy Robertson to open the festivities.
Now if you’re a performer yourself, this is where it gets real interesting. Guy hosts an Open Mic for the first part of the show which you could participate in if you register ahead of time (Lamocu 810-623-8131, ask for Al). But in addition to that, our photographer in residence will be doing promo shots for performers starting at $60 for a twenty minute session.
Come prepared in your performing garb, have some idea of the image you want to project and Karen will take care of the rest! Sessions will begin just before 7pm and go approximately until 10pm that evening. We’re saying $60 to start with since some performers requests may be more involved and require going outside, additional staging etc. Karen will work with you as much as time and your budget allows. But $60 is a great price for two shots that you will be able to use on everything from the web to t-shirts and never worry about quality, resolution or anything again.
Now if you’re just a music lover…$1 to see three local acts about to begin the ascent to fame and fortune is priceless. A bargain to see history in the making and you can say you “were there” and “I saw them when they were just starting out”.
