Mr. Class I liked to call him, John Forsythe left us recently. He was 92 and had done "tons" of stuff besides Dynasty. But that's all I seem to be hearing about him is that he was the Dynasty Star! Mr. Forsythe had a great film career that people should research and he was a pioneer in early television.
For this writer though, he will always be remembered for one famous line. For they say there is no such things as small parts, just small actors. An actor can create an undeniable character that influences and even creates a lasting impression. Class, style, dignity, it all came through when he would say, "Good morning Angels!" Charlie Townsend you will be missed.
